WordPress Developer

Are you the WordPress web developer of our dreams?

Summary:

The WordPress Developer is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of WordPress websites and themes. The primary focus is to develop & support our themes. A deep understanding of the site architecture (both functional and technical) and how it supports the business vision and processes will be vital. Will identify, design and implement website enhancements by working closely with a team of internal marketing/sales stakeholders. Must be proficient in PHP and MySQL. Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, and Bootstrap framework.

Duties and Responsibilities:

A developer must have a good understanding of backend and frontend code and be able to code the designs supplied by our in-house design team.
We are looking for an organized, efficient, and detail oriented team player, with a positive, “will-do” attitude and exploring and discovery drive.
The ideal team player should share openly and willingly, communicate constructively and work as a problem-solver.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Should be well aware of WordPress coding standards & practices and to do cross-browser testing & cross-device compatibility.
  • Should have a strong knowledge of various WordPress frameworks including Genesis, Runway, Hybrid Core & Bootstrap for WordPress.
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) a plus.

Senior UI/UX Designer

Summary:

Themesfinity is looking for a full-time UI/UX designer to join our dedicated, enthusiastic team at our Mumbai’s development center.

Are you passionate about solving difficult user experience problems and identifying solutions to simplify the user journey? Do you thrive in a fast-paced working environment and navigating ambiguity? Do you excel at balancing the goals of the end user with those of the business?

The UX designer will be a key member of the product team at Themesfinity. You will be expected to work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to solve interaction and interface problems by producing functional high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. Expect to collaborate regularly with other UX designers on the team.

Skills Required For This Role:

  • Efficiently research, design, and prototype new user experiences based on product requirements.
  • Create UX artifacts including streamlined scenarios, storyboards, flows, and information architecture documentation.
  • Create and translate UIs across all devices and screen sizes (we use Sketch)
  • Create interactive prototypes (we use InVision, Flinto, etc. — but are always exploring new tools!).
  • Passionate about user centred design for web sites, web apps and mobile applications.
  • Validate designs through research, including competitive analysis, data & analytics, and direct interaction with clients and end-users.
  • The ability to create designs that are true to brief and requirements.
  • Able to interpret specification documentation and wireframes.
  • Keen to collaboratively brainstorm digital creative concepts.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Minimum of 4 years of design experience

Front-End Developer (Jr)

Summary:

For our quickly growing company we are looking for a talented Front-End Web Developer to join branding and development team in Mumbai. This person will have experience creating interactive web designs using HTML and CSS, and has extensive experience in JavaScript.
