NaveenKeymasterWe will do our utmost and best effort to answer all your questions and queries related to our websites designed & developed, themes and plugins as soon as humanly possible. However, please try to be patient during busy or peak periods. Please be mindful of the potentially slower response times due to time differences. We’re based in UTC +0530 and it differs the time barrier to get a support and we do not provide support during major holidays and probably on Saturdays and Sundays. Our free premium support covers getting theme setup, troubleshooting any of our theme features, websites and fixing the bugs. For paid premium paid support covers getting complete 3rd party themes installation and customization. We do not provide any sort of support for 3rd party plugins modifications or customizations and our support doesn’t cover the website that contains adult and illegal contents.
Before Asking Questions
Before asking questions within the support forums, please be sure that you’ve read the documentation related to the theme or plugins you’re using. You can find the theme documentation in the theme package and in our website. The document covers all the detail that you should know.Scope of Support
We carry our support for client websites (it can be in the all form) installation, customization & administration of site templates, WordPress, Joomla, Drupal themes however, we do charge for it. Free support covers bug fixing and troubleshooting theme installation. We do not rectification of issues occurring from using 3rd party plugins or other scripts and you need to contact the concerned author of those plugins as it won’t be in under our control.Support Schedule
Support response time can take upto 24 to 48 hours from Mondays to Fridays. However, in most cases we usually manage to reply less than 24 hours and sometimes it can be longer on the weekends. Please we request you to not “TO BUMP” your thread or it’ll take longer time to get a reply because we answer questions or queries from older to newer.Sharing Your cPanel, FTP, WP-Admin Credentials With Us
Please read it before you post your queries when we asked you to provide your website credentials. Please always use “Set as private reply” option when you providing your cPanel, FTP, WordPress or Joomla or Drupal login credentials. By setting that option and only our support team can view it and others cannot view the details. We don’t want our customers credentials to be viewed by others as we highly respect our customers credentials.
