NaveenKeymasterHi to all,
Welcome to our support forums.
It seems you have a problem or having trouble with something related to our WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, Shopify, Drupal themes or site templates. In order to help us identifying your problem, make sure you’ve searched the forums and your issue does not exists yet.
If you need to open a new thread, categorize it accordingly (each category is a theme/template).
Provide us basic information on the setup:
Template Name
Template version
Setup Environment (Local Host or Online)
Server info (Windows, Linux, PHP version, etc)
Other information you may find helpful for us to resolve your queries.Always provide a live/test link. It’s easy to give better support if we can take a look at your site.
If you don’t want to post links in the forum, you can send them via “Set as private reply” or send us it to support@themesfinity.com with your username, and other credentials including FTP, cPanel, WordPress Admin and so on.Also: Make sure you have the latest version of the item. The issue(s) you are experiencing may already been fixed. Describe the problem/issue clearly and post as many information as you can. If there’s any errors/warnings/alerts, post them with full information: the error message, when, where and how the error appears and the steps to reproduce the issue you are experiencing and other information you may find helpful.
These simple steps help us to give you a better and quicker support.
Thank you,
